Infinite Body Health is a self-pay practice — we don't bill insurance directly. That means no networks, no pre-authorizations, and no limits on the type or length of care based on what an insurer will approve.
If you have out-of-network or PPO benefits, we'll provide a superbill after your visit — an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurer needs — so you can submit it for possible reimbursement on your own. Many patients also use a superbill toward an HSA or FSA; check with your specific plan for what's eligible.
