HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS IS THE RIGHT PROGRAM FOR ME?

This customized program is designed for athletes or individuals who want to get stronger in any sport or rehab from an injury. This is a program that addresses individual weaknesses that may be hindering performance. This includes focusing on increasing flexibility and mobility, strength and conditioning, agility, balance, and other needs.

If someone is recovering from an injury or wants to prevent injuries, this program is perfect and will be individually programed for you.

This program will help improve overall peak performance ability on the athlete’s sport of choice (e.g., Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, Running, competing in triathlons, Soccer, Baseball, basketball, etc…).

Designed for athletes who are not currently looking to compete in a body building show in the next 12 weeks.

The program comes in 4 week increments, ranging from one month to a year, depending on the athlete’s goals.

If the athlete would like a customized nutrition program included in his or her program, an additional fee will apply.

Program Includes:

Strength training program - program design for individual athlete. Without a planned training program, athletes are more susceptible to overtraining. This program will work only for those that desire a long term plan that relates to what capabilities are to be improved. Traditional phases of program design are: hypertrophy, strength, and strength-power and peaking maintenance.

  • Stretching exercises, mobility and yoga poses can be included to improve flexibility, hypertonic musculature, improve lifting form and sport technique.
  • The following can be added to the program if desired:
  • Focus on cardiovascular training to maximize peak shape if the sport requires it.
  • Supplement plan
  • Nutrition plan
