Our coaching packages will help you incorporate a new regimen and a more solid foundation in your existing program in case you are an existing athlete or competitor. This also will apply for those that are new and don’t have set goals yet or need guidance to set goals and push forward.

Prehab / REHAB

Our care includes exercise programs to assist you through your injuries, decrease inflammation and speed up recovery. If you are coming with no injuries we are happy to focus on injury prevention. 

We love to discuss proper ergonomics and risk factors. Many future injuries can be prevented by addressing common muscles imbalances, high-risk movements and exercise progressions with proper modifications.

Competition training

This is an individually customized program designed to get the athlete competitively ready. This program is for future or current competitors who are looking to compete in an upcoming fitness show.
