Dr. Minet Sepulveda received her degree of doctor of chiropractic (D.C.) from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California. The degree represents four academic years of professional study, including an extensive clinic internship where Dr. Sepulveda graduated cum laude. While at Life West, she was active in many chiropractic clubs on campus. She was awarded with the Freshman Student Achievement Award and the Breakthrough Scholarship. Some of the community work of Dr. Sepulveda has been with non-profit organizations such as: Child Advocate, American Red Cross and Doctors Speaker’s Bureau among others.
The Doctors Speaker’s Bureau is an organization that is focused on educating the public on how to maintain their health and prevent disease. Its members consist of health care providers who speak on various health-related topics throughout the community. Their seminars, workshops & screenings are designed for companies, groups, clubs or organizations. In addition, she has helped thousands of people around the world taking mission trips to places such as Mexico, Bali and El Salvador.
She is also an active member of business, sports, and chiropractic organizations.
She earned the distinctive Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential offered through the National Strength and Conditioning Association Certification Commission. The CSCS certification is for professionals who design and implement strength and conditioning programs for athletes in a team setting. The CSCS program was established in 1985 as a way of identifying individuals who possess the knowledge and skills needed to competently train athletes, and is the only strength and conditioning credential that has been nationally accredited since 1993. To earn national accreditation by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), the NSCA Certification Commission demonstrated the ability to administer examinations that effectively discriminate between qualified and unqualified individuals.

Dr. Sepulveda’s Sports Background
She brings to the Chiropractic profession the experience of a professional competitive weightlifting athlete and the professionalism of a certified strength and conditioning specialist on sports and fitness training with a background of rehabilitation procedures and sports medicine. In her daily life she enjoys a variety of sports such as cycling, kick boxing and snowboarding. Professionally she has been a track and field and Olympic weightlifter athlete for more than 13 years.
In her high school years she practice track and field. “My coach empowered and taught me to give my best and to focus on my goals”. “Performing at high levels and studying since high school to college made me develop discipline and determination in life”.
During her last two years in College in National level she had the best female record in the 48 kg class in Puerto Rico, that’s when her commitment for Weightlifting starting to grow leaving Track & Field. In 1999, she competed at the International level in Narita, Japan becoming the first female athlete to win Olympic weightlifting medals at the international level in Puerto Rico. She won three bronze medals in 1999 in the World Weightlifting championships for College and University students. “ This experience gave me courage and strength, achieving Fitness Goals leading to a Healthy longer life”.
